No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a replacement, you must provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Order Issues & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed, as they are processed immediately.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in being permanently banned from future purchases. We are happy to assist with any issues and encourage you to reach out to our support team before taking such action.
